Client Relationship
1. Members shall state their charges and terms of business to clients without ambiguity before commencement of an assignment.
2. Contractors employment record, qualifications, and hourly rate shall be stated to the clients as accurately and fully as possible, or as requested.
3. Confidential information relating to the business policy of clients, which is imparted as an aid to the effective handling of their recruitment requirements, shall be treated accordingly.
4. Contractors shall not be solicited for other positions while they are still engaged by the client with whom they have been placed by the member OR MEMBERS OF THE MTPC if their withdrawal will cause the client hardship.
